The Value of Interactive Nursery Environments

Interactive Nursery Environment at Wimbledon Day Nursery
From our baby rooms to our preschool rooms, we offer interactive toys at all levels. We have a wide range of toys, musical instruments, books and games to appeal to all of our children’s interests. We take children from the age of three months until they start school, and our focus is always on children feeling secure and having fun. Our art supplies and learning activities promote the healthy development of children’s bodies and minds. Our Wimbledon nurseries are a haven for young children.
When considering a nursery admission for your child, we understand that you may have reservations about returning to work or leaving your child in the care of someone other than yourself. We have a wealth of experience in caring for children, and we send feedback to parents daily to ensure a safe handover of care at the beginning and end of each day.
Interactive Environments
Whether playing indoors or in one of our gardens, children have the most fun when they get feedback from an activity. With young children, this feedback may require some adult interpretation. For example, adults can help children understand the noise leaves make when they stomp through them, or what snow feels like when it falls on their coat. Activities can be child initiated, or adult led, for example using a new musical instrument, or learning the sound of a new letter. Our experienced staff at our nursery school will guide your child based on their interests to develop their love of learning.
