When recruiting for staff we look for friendly and loving individuals with lots of fun ideas and who will be on hand to give cuddles across the day.
With our strong vetting procedures we hope to provide a team of staff who are dedicated to working with young children and are able to provide them with a balanced curriculum which consists of lots of fun learning experiences.
We encourage our staff to enjoy learning alongside the children and to engage with training to enable them to offer new and exciting activities for the children. All staff will receive regular training with the Early Years Team and our In-House Training Officer to update their skills and if they want to further their career this will be fully supported by management.
We believe with a highly qualified team and extra pairs of hands for each room we can ensure your child gets the best possible care and learning enjoying every minute of their day. Our staff have child protection and first aid training as mandatory practise to ensure children’s needs and safety are met at all times. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible team who offer a wide range of experience and expertise, many of them also being parents themselves.
