| With our strong vetting procedures we hope to provide a team of staff who are dedicated to working with young children and are able to provide them with a balanced curriculum which consists of lots of fun learning experiences. Staff will be highly motivated and willing to learn new things. All staff will receive regular training with the Early Years Team and our In-House Training Officer to update their skills and if they want to further their career this will be fully supported by management. Our staff will uphold the National Standards set by Ofsted at all times, this will ensure children’s needs and safety are met at all times. |
